Great news at Cacao Art Chocolates!

Our very unique honey and cardamom bonbon was a top scorer at this year’s Good Food Awards blind tasting and it is now a finalist for the 2014 Good Food Awards!

This truly special bonbon is made with Tupelo Honey, a subtle and sweet syrup which is only found in North Florida. We paired it with organic cardamom, a warm spice used in cuisines from India to Scandinavia for its aromatic flavor profile. The ganache is finished with milk chocolate and hand-dipped in dark for an elegant touch. As part of the Good Food pledge, this bonbon is made using top-quality ingredients, mostly organic. We use non-GMO, responsibly sourced Venezuelan chocolate, as with all our bonbons.
